Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) manages the day to day operations of the association and its staff. The CEO position reports to the Board of Directors.
Office Manager
The Office Manager is in charge of overseeing member records, new membership applications, and the lockbox service. Tiffany also acts as the liaison to the Board of Directors, Budget/Finance, Networking & Events for the REALTOR Fair and Major Fundraiser committees. The Office Manager position reports to the CEO.
Membership Services, Sentrilock
The Membership Services Staff Member processes applications, processes membership changes, and assists with SentriLock lockbox services. The Member Services position reports to the CEO.
Education & Communications
The Education & Communications Director works closely with the CEO and the Education committee to bring professional development and continuing education courses to the association membership. Veronica is the staff liaison to the Education Committee, the Coastal Foundation Committee, the Finance Committee and the Board of Director. Veronica also manages the newsletter, social media sites and other forms of communication between the association and its membership. The Education & Communications Director reports to the CEO.
