Approved for 1.5 MD CE Credits in Professional Enhancements (F)   Eric Rittmeyer, CRMP Fidelis Mortgage   Eric Rittmeyer is the President of Fidelis Mortgage located in Baltimore, Maryland.  Eric is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and has been in the mortgage industry since 1998. Fidelis Mortgage specializes in the Federally Insured Reverse Mortgage program and is currently licensed in Maryland and Virginia.  In June 2010, Eric was the first person in the United States to obtain the Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP) designation.     Please be advised of the following continuing education policies and procedures of the Association and the Maryland Real Estate Commission: •         Photo ID is REQUIRED at check-in •         You MUST be seated prior to the start of the class in order to receive your CE Credit •         Late arrivals and early departures WILL NOT be eligible for credit. •         You MUST sign in upon arrival and sign out after the event in order to receive your CE Credit Certificate. If you do not sign in or out, NO CE CERTIFICATE WILL BE GIVEN. •         Each CE Class will have a proctor present to record early departures, and unauthorized breaks •         You may not be out of the room for more than 5 minutes during class session. •         You may not be on your cell phone …talking or texting or e-mailing during class session. •         You may not sleep during class session. •         You may not engage in reading material other than class material during class session. •         Notation by the proctor of any violations of the above rules may result in denial of CE Certificate. CAR's Cancellation Policy: A written request must be received at least three (3) days prior to the session date, cancelling attendance and requesting a credit for future sessions, good for one year. Notice given less than three (3) days prior to session date, no credit will be issued. No refunds for no shows. Full refund will be given for classes rescheduled by the Association. A copy of the original session credit certificate must be faxed to CAR when registering for future sessions and the original certificate redeemed on day of session.
